Well it was weigh in today and i lost 2.5lbs so that's more than half of the gain gone, I'm still not back to what i was but hopefully come next week i will be there or close to it.
I finally treated myself to some WW kitchen scales this morning.
Now i always thought i had a bread intolerance but upon weighing 2 slices i found they were not the 2.5 i had been pointing them at, I tried a few different slices and some were as much as 3.5 per 2 slices so....Over the course of a week it was possible i could have been eating 7 extra points than tracked.
This week of weighing on new scales should be very interesting indeed!
I've never been one to guess but i never weighed things like bread etc i always just used the tracker so i am going to be extra vigilant this week and see if it makes a difference?
Next goal is the 75lb certificate, i have said i would love to be at goal for August when it's my wedding anniversary but i have worked out it's 16 more WI's til my 1year ww anniversary it's a tough call to lose 34.5 lbs by then but it might motivate me a bit more?
My 11 stone goal is not set in stone, i could be 11st 8 and still be in the healthy bracket, i am going to see how i feel about it once i get to 12st (ish)
So if i was to raise it to 11st 7 that would be a total of 7 stone lost and only leave me 27.5 to lose in 16 weeks, that is very achievable..... i think?

that sounds like a great goal !!!you will know yourself once you get closer. i had always said 11 stone for my goal (i am 5'7"), but my leader put it in as 10 stone 13.5 lbs, just so that i would be in the 10's. personally, i was damn happy just from the time i got to 12 stone :) now though, wouldn't mind getting to 10 stone 8, so i can say a 6 stone loss. so you will know once you get closer, hope this helped, probably not LOL
