Well i got through yesterday, so that's a plus.

This morning i had to go and have a blood test so that meant i couldn't have a cuppa when i got up.......what torture!

So off i went to have my blood taken, ironically before ww i had very high blood pressure, now it seems that it has gone the other way, apparently my bp drops dramatically when i stand up so that explains the dizziness, fainting and the shakes that i have had in recent weeks. He is testing me for anaemia, protein and other things but how strange that now i am eating a FAR healthier diet than i did before ww, it is now causing me problems.

So anyway i get back home, SO looking forward to the cup of tea to find an unwelcome company at the door, i wont go into details but suffice to say the result was me wanting to eat my body weight in chocolate OR have a cigarette or BOTH!

The good news is, after he had gone, i drank my cuppa and toddled off to my leaders Wednesday class, yes i had heard it all yesterday but it just got me out of that mindset that chocolate or cigs were going to make my day better.

Had a lovely chat with some new faces and came home, prepped tonight's dinner and ate a lovely 2.5 point lunch (see below)

All in all so far, so good, i am now going to go for a lovely long walk and will keep busy doing ironing when i get home, here's to a good week.

(by the way, jelly and yogurt is yummy, even if it does look a horrible mess lol)

Thanks Jo for giving me a kick up the bum. Your my inspiration, so thank you. I needed that.
Your lunch looks amazing... all that for 2.5 points...just proves you never need to go hungry on this healthy way of life.
Im back on track again thank goodness. Still massively over points for the week. Not much I can do about that now, but having said that a wee small peek is still in my favour. Weird. Sometimes I just think the body cries out for a bit of *naughtyness*... does that make sense ? Im sure you have been through all of that.
So glad to hear your back on track. Keep up the good work , and thanks again for the pep talk x

  1. 2.5 point lunch...wow you certainly have given me ideas. It looks really nice....simple yet i would have never thought of it. Im struggling with my measly 20points but i will defo be having that on the weekend. Looks filling to x x x
